Gain an understanding of the things that may lead an emotion happen and ways that we may unintentionally keep painful emotions around longer that we would want. Develop skills to be able to reduce emotional suffering and also change emotions if needed. Also, learn practical ways to build positives in your life! Build the life that you really want to live and start to feel more positives in your life.
When starting this track, it is recommended to view the collections in the order in which they are presented. Watch the videos in the order they are presented and take notes.
